{"id":1576,"date":"2017-12-08T03:00:01","date_gmt":"2017-12-08T09:00:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kerryaclark.com\/?p=1576"},"modified":"2018-07-16T14:31:21","modified_gmt":"2018-07-16T19:31:21","slug":"bill-pay-cheat-sheet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kerryaclark.com\/blog\/bill-pay-cheat-sheet\/","title":{"rendered":"The Bill Pay Cheat Sheet"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>On Paper We Do Have Enough \u2013 Part 6<\/h2>\n<p>You may not realize this, but the hard work of you becoming a bill-paying-ninja is almost done. \u00a0You&#8217;re moments away from having a plan that works and will save you years of headaches. \u00a0Let\u2019s get started. \u00a0The goal today is to take your <a href=\"http:\/\/kerryaclark.com\/the-bills-most-people-forget-about\/\">bills<\/a>\u00a0and spread them across your set <a href=\"http:\/\/kerryaclark.com\/four-pay-categories\/\">paydays<\/a>. \u00a0Just like you have a todo list in your office or on your bedroom dresser for the things you need to get done by when, we\u2019re going to create a todo list of your bills. \u00a0This todo list will outline what items are to be paid with each pay period respectively. \u00a0This todo list will be your way of solving <a href=\"http:\/\/kerryaclark.com\/one-problem-all-bill-payers-face\/\">the biggest problem all bill payers face<\/a>. \u00a0This todo list will align your <a href=\"http:\/\/kerryaclark.com\/the-bills-most-people-forget-about\/\">bills<\/a> to your <a href=\"http:\/\/kerryaclark.com\/four-pay-categories\/\">paydays<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Make Your Bill Pay Todo List<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Step 1<\/span> &#8211; Identify <a href=\"http:\/\/kerryaclark.com\/four-pay-categories\/\">the number of paydays<\/a> you have in a month (1, 2, or 4). \u00a0For our example, let\u2019s say it\u2019s two.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Step 2<\/span> &#8211; Separate your bills so they can be evenly distributed across \u00a0each pay period.\u00a0 There are two options you should consider when separating.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">A.) Separate by number. \u00a0You should try to spread as many of the bills across each pay period so that the numbers balance. \u00a0See example below. \u00a0You\u2019ll notice that payday-1 and payday-2 have roughly the same number of line items. \u00a0Payday-1 has 12 and payday-2 has 11.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">B.)
