The Office Called Home – Part 4<\/span>

Are you tired of having paperwork scattered all over the place and unable to find what you need when you need it? <\/span><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what happened. \u00a0I was so tired of trying to find paperwork. \u00a0Imagine with me it\u2019s tax time and your tax accountant, H&R Block, or whoever does your taxes ask for a particular document. \u00a0You say okay, I\u2019ll produce that for you, but only to get home and can find everything but the one document you need. I\u2019d had enough of this and that\u2019s when Pamela and I created \u201cThe Binder\u201d. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span>

\n<\/span>\"\"The keepsakes from year to year.
\n<\/strong>\u201cThe Binder\u201d is like the binder of binders. \u00a0It\u2019s different than <\/span>The Family Plan<\/span><\/a>. \u00a0Where as The Family Plan is a plan for our life, our home, \u201cThe Binder\u201d is a record for everything that\u2019s accumulated in the home for the year. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>

\n<\/span>It\u2019s another 3 ring binder, but used in the same fashion as you would a filing cabinet. \u00a0Instead of filing by categories, you file by year using sections in your binder. Like everyone, you receive tons of mail whether it\u2019s snail mail, email or both; you often receive important paperwork that needs to be stored. \u00a0\u00a0What do you do with yours? We have a <\/span>system<\/span><\/a>…I believe in <\/span>systems<\/span><\/a>. \u00a0For us, into the 3 ring binder this stuff goes. \u00a0There\u2019s no need to search for anything. There\u2019s no need to wonder where we placed it. \u00a0And when the time comes that we need any information we can simply go to the binder. Not only that, after you accumulate a few years of these binders, you can see what you and your family have achieved over the years.<\/span>

\n<\/strong>There are 8 sections that make up our binder. \u00a0These 8 sections have the same titles as found in our <\/span>family plan binder<\/span><\/a>. \u00a0If you were to open \u201cThe Binder\u201d here’s what you\u2019d find:<\/span><\/p>\n
