\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are the three\u00a0&#8220;small groups&#8221; usually on the 2nd-4th Wednesdays. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It will do you well in life to meet regularly with the people you know who also have the same interest as you (at least one important interest).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><strong>The Mastermind Group<\/strong><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I learned about a mastermind group from <a href=\"http:\/\/kerryaclark.com\/the-people-who-help-make-me-great\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">my mentor<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/michaelhyatt.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Michael Hyatt<\/a>. \u00a0You may be thinking, what is a mastermind group? \u00a0Well, you know I would love to share&#8230;it&#8217;s a group of individuals who meet somewhat frequently. \u00a0These meetings are set with intent and it\u2019s our sole purpose to sharpen each other and move the needle ahead. \u00a0The members challenge each other to go farther, work harder and achieve more. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Having a mastermind group or starting one requires selective participation. \u00a0This simply means, you choose the people or you are chosen to be in the group. \u00a0I established my mastermind group by putting together the smartest men I know personally. \u00a0There are six\u00a0of us and these are the men who can really challenge me to go higher and harder. \u00a0The ideas and critiques we share is to make each one in the group better. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you desire to be better, it starts with who you surround yourself with. \u00a0Contrary to what you may think, you shouldn&#8217;t be the smartest person in your group. \u00a0If you are, then your group is too small. \u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><strong>The unofficial groups<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I like to think of the groups I did very little to form as the unofficial group. \u00a0My team in the office, while I hired most the team, it wasn&#8217;t my choice to have the team;
