Next Level (Mental Fitness)

In this virtual group, we are going to figure out what it means to get out of the norms of having bad mental health, for one. Two, we’re going to create some practical steps, discover tools, and ideas to help maintain our mental fitness. Three, we will take a  look at it from a different point of view. In fact, I believe mental fitness is no different than physical fitness. If exercise is required to get physically fit, then what does it take to become mentally fit? If a person neglects his or her physical exercise, one will have poor physical health. In the same way, if we neglect mental exercises, we will have poor mental health. In this short summer semester, we’re going to dive into some of those ideas and how we can help a person overcome poor mental health.
