If you take it for granted to set boundaries around your time, someone else will. Without the boundaries you set, you won’t like the boundaries others set for you.

The question we’re often asked is how do we have such control over what happens in a week? There are two key principles to consider when answering this question: 1) boundaries and 2) a rolling view.

In this lesson, we walk-through the 12 months of the year providing examples of time-transactions you might add to your annual view of a time-budget. Allow this walkthrough to help you identify the time-transactions that are important to you.
